Therefore, the temperature is too high or too low, can not get high quality products.

And the mold temperature will accelerate the reaction heat removal speed. When the temperature is low, the reaction heat will move quickly. In actual production, the eps pre expander machine should choose the appropriate temperature according to the requirements and be constant. In order to ensure the full foaming of eps pre expander machine, the shell, liner and mould of eps pre expander machine should be preheated before foaming.
