In the film covering the existing equipment, precision is hard to become the main reason for restricting its development in the finishing process, laminating technology has been widely used, the market needs of high speed and high precision laminating machine. On the basis of analysis and testing technology principle, based on Dong Hao signal test and analysis system software, the vibration testing scheme of the coating machine is selected, and the vibration test of the main mechanism parts of the laminator is carried out. The results show that the vibration of the wall plate is the largest, followed by the front axis, and the lateral gauge axis is more stable and the vibration is the smallest.
